Fleet-wide defaults. These apply to every device unless a device sets its own override on its detail page.

Recording calibration
The fleet default applied when recording trips, scores and mileage. Individual devices can override either field on their detail page; a device override always wins.

Added to recorded speed, from -30 to +30 mph.

Scales recorded distance, from -50% to +50%.

No adjustment: recorded values match the device readings.

Calibration adjusts the derived values DriveMetric records (trip distances, safety scores and mileage usage) to correct for a known device bias. It does not alter the raw telemetry log, and it is not re-applied on top of already-recorded trips.

Curfew / night driving
The fleet default night-driving window. Any trip that touches this window raises a high-severity curfew breach alert. A device can override the hours on its detail page.

The window is a LOCAL-time range that may wrap past midnight (for example 23 to 5 means 11pm through 5am the next morning). Local time is derived from the selected timezone offset. This is the FLEET DEFAULT applied to every device; a device can override the hours on its detail page while enabled/timezone stay fleet-wide.
